Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and supervise Associates.
• Maintain safe and secure shopping environment.
• Represent the Ross brand and ensure proper appearance and merchandising.
• Assist with front-end operations and drive cashier efficiency.
• Oversee stockroom organization, merchandising and loss prevention controls.
• Support payroll and administrative duties as assigned.
