Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior Customer Service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store, supervise Associates, and assist the Manager on Duty.
• Maintain a clean, well‑merchandised sales floor and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Enforce store policies, loss prevention practices, and front-end procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the Ross brand in all interactions.
