Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations in retail settings.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and supervise daily operations.
• Supervise Associates and ensure a friendly, easy to shop environment.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and clean work areas.
• Execute and supervise company operational processes as needed.
• Train and coach Associates on cash registers and loss prevention policies.
• Assist with payroll administration and other administrative duties.
