Job summary

Ross Stores is seeking an Area Supervisor to oversee a specific store area and support operations as Manager on Duty. You will open/close the store, supervise Associates, and ensure a friendly, easy-to-shop environment while maintaining presentation standards.

You will execute and supervise company processes, contribute to loss prevention, train front-end staff, manage stockrooms, and coordinate merchandising and back-room tasks to deliver a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and fluency in English.
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS equipment and applications.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and security of store operations.
• Supervise Associates and assist Store Manager.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and clean work area.
