Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior Customer Service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the Store and supervise in Manager on Duty capacity.
• Supervise Associates and maintain a friendly, easy to shop environment.
• Ensure proper merchandise presentation and keep a clean, organized store.
• Execute and supervise Company operational processes as needed.
• Support Front End supervision, loss prevention, and customer service initiatives.
• Maintain safety and security across the store and backroom areas.
