Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior Customer Service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store associates and maintain a friendly shopping environment.
• Open/close store and manage operations when on duty.
• Ensure proper merchandising and stockroom organization.
• Train and coach associates on cash registers and loss prevention.
• Maintain safety and security, monitor alarms and PVM.
• Assist with payroll and scheduling as assigned.
