Job summary

Ross Stores is seeking an Area Supervisor to manage a specific area of the Store and oversee operations when the Manager on Duty is away. You will open/close the store, supervise associates, and ensure a clean, engaging shopping environment with excellent service.

You will maintain brand standards, support daily merchandising, and enforce safety and loss prevention practices while reinforcing company processes and front-end efficiency.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the Store and supervises Associates when Manager on Duty.
• Maintains a friendly, easy to shop environment and ensures proper merchandise presentation.
• Executes and supervises Company operational processes as needed.
• Maintains store safety, security and loss prevention protocols.
• Trains and coaches Associates on cash registers and front-end procedures.
