Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior Customer Service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open/close the store and supervise Associates when on duty.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and a clean, organized stockroom.
• Ensure customer service standards and professional conduct are met.
• Support loss prevention and safety programs on a daily basis.
• Assist with front-end operations, cashier training, and standards adherence.
