Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintains safe and secure shopping environments.
• Demonstrates courtesy, professionalism, and respect to customers and Associates.
• Represents and supports the Ross brand and maintains store presentation standards.
• Ensures back stock, stockroom organization, and merchandise processing follow company policy.
• Trains and coaches Associates on cash registers and storefront procedures.
• Executes payroll and administrative duties as assigned.
