Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Retail Associates and Stockroom Leads.
• Open and close the store, manage front-end operations and lead as Manager on Duty.
• Ensure safety and loss prevention compliance across the store.
• Train and coach Associates on cash registers and front-end procedures.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and clean, organized stockrooms.
• Administrative duties including scheduling and payroll support as assigned by Store Manager.
