Responsibilities

• Maintains a safe and secure shopping environment on the sales floor.
• Supervises Associates and ensures proper merchandise presentation.
• Executes and supervises Company operational processes as needed.
• Trains and coaches front-end staff on cash registers and cashier procedures.
• Ensures back stock is secured and merchandise is processed and merchandised to standard.
• Assists with opening/closing the store and performs Manager on Duty duties when required.
