Job summary

Ross Stores in Maryland is seeking an Area Supervisor to lead an assigned store area and oversee operations when the Manager on Duty is away. You will ensure open/close procedures, safe environments, and strong merchandising standards.

Responsibilities include supervising associates, maintaining a welcoming shopping experience, and coaching staff on cash handling and POS use. Flexibility for evenings/weekends is required to support store needs.
