Ross-Dress-For-Less is seeking an Area Supervisor to lead a store area and oversee operations when on duty. You will supervise associates, ensure merchandise presentation, and maintain a safe, clean shopping environment.

You will also handle front-end supervision, training on cash registers, scheduling, and merchandising processes. Strong English communication and prior supervisory experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication is required.
• Fluency in English is essential for customer interactions.
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale equipment helps in daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Associates and ensure store operations run smoothly.
• Maintain safe, clean, and friendly shopping environment for customers.
• Train and coach front-end staff on cash registers and procedures.
• Assist with payroll administration and scheduling as needed.
• Oversee stockrooms, merchandising, and loss prevention practices.
