Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the Store and supervise Associates.
• Maintain a safe and secure shopping environment and respond to safety concerns.
• Treat Customers, Associates, and leaders with respect and professionalism.
• Represent the Company brand and ensure a clean, well-merchandised store.
• Handle daily front-end operations, floor moves, and signings as needed.
• Assist with stockroom organization, loss prevention, and store standards.
