Job summary

Ross Dress for Less in United States is seeking an Area Supervisor to lead a defined store area and oversee daily operations as the Manager on Duty. You will open and close the store, supervise Associates, and ensure a friendly, easy-to-shop environment with strong merchandise presentation.

You will enforce company processes, maintain safety, and drive front-end performance, loss prevention, stocking, and administrative duties while upholding Ross standards and a high level of customer service.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and fluency in English.
• Prior customer service supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and supervise Associates as the Manager on Duty.
