Job summary

Ross Dress for Less seeks an Area Supervisor to oversee a store area and assist the Store Manager on Duty. You will open/close the store, supervise Associates, ensure proper merchandise presentation, and maintain a clean, welcoming shopping environment.

You will drive front-end operations, loss prevention, and merchandising standards, while coaching teams, enforcing policies, and delivering outstanding customer service to shoppers and staff.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store; supervise Associates and maintain a friendly shopping environment.
• Ensure proper merchandise presentation and stock organization.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention, and store policies on the sales floor.
• Coach front-end teams and deliver exceptional customer service to shoppers and staff.
