Job summary

Ross Stores, Inc. is seeking an Area Supervisor to oversee a specific store area and assist in daily operations. You will open/close the store, supervise associates, maintain a welcoming, merchandise-driven environment, and ensure safety and compliance with company processes.

You will lead merchandising, front-end operations, and loss prevention activities, while delivering strong customer service and coaching team members to meet store standards and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and supervise Associates.
• Maintain a friendly, easy to shop environment and ensure merchandise presentation to standard.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention, and company policies across operations.
• Coach and develop Associates to meet productivity and service goals.
• Ensure administrative duties are completed accurately by store leadership.
