The Area Supervisor will execute and supervise Company operational processes, manage Front End operations, and coach Associates on cash handling, loss prevention, and customer service. Strong communication and supervisory experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior Customer Service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and supervise Associates.
• Maintain a friendly, easy to shop environment and ensure proper merchandise presentation.
• Keep a clean, organized work area and execute Company operational processes.
• Lead Front End operations, train and coach Associates on cash registers and shortage control.
• Maintain safe and secure environments and manage loss prevention awareness.
• Oversee stockroom organization, merchandising, and back-stock processes.
