Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior Customer Service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the Store as assigned and supervise Associates.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and keep areas clean and well-stocked.
• Safeguard cash, cards and confidential information; enforce security procedures.
• Coach and train Associates on cash registers and front-end procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety and loss-prevention policies.
