Job summary

IWG plc is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive revenue growth in the Tempe area by converting leads, pursuing new opportunities, and building lasting relationships with clients and brokers. You will regularly present tailored proposals, conduct site tours, and collaborate with marketing and operations to maximize customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have proven outside sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a self-motivated, independent work style with fluency

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience in field-based roles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English with strong presentation abilities.
• Proven ability to build long-term client partnerships and grow revenue.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and able to work independently.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead conversion by conducting tours and presenting tailored proposals.
• Prospect new clients through in-person meetings, brokers, and inbound leads.
• Identify and cultivate new opportunities via digital marketing, field visits, networking and follow-up.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, industry trends and competitors.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and inside sales to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed KPIs in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Record sales activity and customer interactions in CRM software.
