IDEAL Industries, Inc. is seeking an Area Sales Manager for Southeast Michigan & Northern Michigan based in Sycamore, IL. The role focuses on territory management, distributor relations, and data-driven growth strategies to hit ambitious targets.

You’ll leverage CRM tools like Salesforce and MS Office, work closely with customers face-to-face, and continually refine plans based on market insights while enjoying robust benefits.

Formación

• A bachelor's degree is preferred
• 2-5+ years of experience in sales within tools/construction
• Knowledge of the tools market and key players
• Track record of exceeding sales targets and growth
• Ability to develop and pivot sales strategy
• Autonomous with entrepreneurial drive to build territory
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office

Responsabilidades

• Manage your defined territory and set the sales strategy to capture new markets, expand our footprint, and achieve sales targets.
• Build relationships with distributors and end-users to drive product adoption and loyalty.
• Develop and implement sales plans that align with market trends and company goals.

• Partner with distributors to develop product promotion strategies.
• Train and educate trade school trainers on proper use of products.
