Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of experience in sales (inside, outside, field) within tools, construction, or related industry.
• Knowledge of the tools market, key players, and what drives purchasing decisions.
• Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and driving growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage territory and set sales strategy to capture new markets and meet targets.
• Build relationships with distributors and end-users to drive product adoption and loyalty.
• Develop and implement sales plans aligned with market trends and company goals.
• Use data and market insights to refine approach and maximize revenue opportunities.
• Partner with distributors to develop product promotion strategies.
• Train and educate trade school trainers on proper use of products.
