The role requires 2–5+ years in sales within tools/construction, a bachelor’s preferred, and proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce) and MS Office; a track record of exceeding targets is desired. The position offers a competitive salary range of $76,303 to $102,627 plus quarterly bonuses, a provided vehicle

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of sales experience in tools, construction or related industries.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Knowledge of the tools market and drivers of purchasing decisions.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growth.
• Ability to develop sales strategy and adapt to market changes.
• Highly autonomous with entrepreneurial drive to manage territory.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; strong relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Manage defined territory and set sales strategy to capture new markets and hit targets.
• Build relationships with distributors and end-users to drive adoption and loyalty.
• Develop and implement sales plans aligned with market trends and company goals.
• Use data and market insights to refine approach and increase revenue.
• Partner with distributors to create product promotion strategies.
• Train and educate trade school trainers on product use.
