Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) equipment.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for opening and closing the store and supervising Associates when acting as Manager on Duty.
• Ensure proper merchandise presentation and maintain a clean, easy-to-shop environment.
• Execute and supervise Company operational processes in assigned area.
• Maintain safety and security on the sales floor and in stockrooms; respond to alarms and safety issues.
• Provide excellent customer service and professionalism; recognize and commend staff performance.
• Train and coach Associates on cash registers, shortage control policies, and front-end procedures to meet standards.
• Manage payroll-related tasks and scheduling for store staff as assigned by Store Manager.
• Perform administrative duties such as cash handling and deposits per policy, and manage stockroom organization.
