Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and supervise associates on duty.
• Maintain a friendly, easy to shop environment and ensure proper merchandise presentation.
• Supervise cash handling, POS operations, and shrink prevention.
• Train and coach associates on store procedures and customer service.
• Oversee front end operations, staffing, and break schedules.
• Ensure stockrooms are organized and merchandising guidelines followed.
