Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior Customer Service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the Store, supervise Associates, and manage operations as Manager on Duty.
• Ensure proper merchandise presentation and a clean work area.
• Execute Loss Prevention programs and protect assets.
• Train and coach Associates on cash registers and front-end procedures.
• Manage payroll administration and scheduling.
• Perform administrative duties as assigned by Store Manager.
