Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintains safe and secure environments on the sales floor and back areas.
• Supervises Associates and ensures proper merchandising and store presentation.
• Executes store operations as needed and supports Manager on Duty.
• Trains and coaches Associates on cash registers and stock control policies.
• Oversees front-end operations, including line management and customer service standards.
• Manages payroll-related tasks and daily store administrative duties.
