The role includes opening and closing the store, supervising associates, enforcing company policies, supporting loss prevention, front-end supervision, and merchandising to standard while maintaining efficiency and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills and English fluency.
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.

Responsibilities

• Maintains safe, secure store environment and enforces Loss Prevention.
• Supervises Associates and directs frontline operations.
• Ensures proper merchandising, cleanliness and presentation to standards.
• Oversees opening/closing procedures and store readiness.
• Trains and coaches staff on cash handling and checkout procedures.
• Manages front-end pace and customer service excellence.
• Performs administrative duties as assigned by Store Manager.
