Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations used in retail.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and supervise Associates when acting as Manager on Duty.
• Maintain safe, secure environment and ensure loss prevention practices.
• Ensure merchandise presentation is up to standard and stockrooms are organized.
• Lead Front End operations and supervise cash handling procedures.
• Coach and train Associates on store policies and procedures.
• Maintain customer service standards and a welcoming shopping environment.
