Veolia Water Tech seeks an experienced Area Manager in CSM to lead a team of Account Managers delivering advanced chemical water and process treatment solutions. You will partner with customers to improve energy and water sustainability, profitability, and asset protection.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic growth, and value creation across diverse industries, with a focus on safety, compliance, and continuous development of high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field; 15+ years in water treatment can qualify.
• Chemical water and process treatment experience.
• 5+ years of leadership with revenue growth and customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and lead a team of Account Managers specializing in cooling water, boiler water, wastewater, Memchem, and process applications.
• Demonstrate expertise in chemical water and process treatment and coach the team in technical competency.
• Drive revenue growth by leading targeted sales campaigns and securing new, recurring, profitable business opportunities.
• Implement Account Management Excellence Program including Service Plans, Value Generation Plans, and Business Reviews to demonstrate measurable customer value.
• Achieve annual revenue targets and key metrics around margin, pricing, profitability, and account retention.
• Collaborate on strategic growth plans and maintain healthy sales funnels across territories.
• Ensure the team works safely at all times, following all EHS policies and procedures.
