Veolia Water Tech is seeking an experienced Area Manager within Chemical Solutions and Monitoring to lead a team of Account Managers who serve as trusted technical advisors to customers across diverse industries.

You'll be more than a sales leader – you'll be a strategic business partner developing high-performing teams while delivering advanced chemical water and process treatment solutions that improve energy and water sustainability, optimize profitability, and enhance asset protection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science or Engineering preferred.
• 15+ years in water treatment field can qualify with high school as fallback.
• Chemical water and process treatment experience required.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and lead Account Managers across Cooling Water to Process Applications.
• Demonstrate expertise in chemical water and process treatment and coach the team.
• Drive revenue growth through targeted sales campaigns and new opportunities.
• Implement Account Management Excellence Program with Service Plans and Business Reviews.
• Achieve annual revenue targets, margins, profitability, and account retention.
• Collaborate on strategic growth plans and maintain healthy sales funnels.
• Ensure safety and compliance with EHS policies at all times.
