Veolia Water Tech is seeking an Area Manager to lead a team of Account Managers delivering advanced chemical water and process treatment solutions across multiple industries. You will act as a trusted technical advisor and strategic partner, driving safe operations and customer value.

Responsibilities include hiring and coaching, developing service and value-generation plans, achieving revenue targets, and maintaining strong margins and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 15+ years in water treatment, strong leadership and sales acumen.
• Chemical water and process treatment experience required or highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, develop, and lead a team of Account Managers in cooling water, boiler water, wastewater, and process applications.
• Demonstrate technical excellence in water treatment and coach for problem solving.
• Drive revenue growth with targeted campaigns and new business opportunities.
• Implement Account Management Excellence Program with service plans and value reviews.
• Achieve revenue targets, margin, profitability, and account retention.
• Collaborate on strategic growth plans and maintain sales funnels.
• Ensure safety and compliance with EHS policies.
