Job summary

Veolia is seeking an Account Manager in the Chemical Solutions and Monitoring division to lead advanced water treatment solutions and drive sustainability for diverse customers. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor, develop deep customer relationships, and deliver creative solutions that improve energy and water efficiency while protecting assets.

Responsibilities include designing treatment programs, analyzing data, delivering service reports, and managing account value through plans

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 8+ years in water treatment/related field.
Chemical water & process treatment experience.
3+ years of technical sales with account growth success.
Consultative selling and technical solution development experience.
Full valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

Analyze, build, and optimize chemical treatment programs for cooling, boiler, wastewater, and Memchem applications.
Conduct sample testing and deliver Technical Service Reports to interpret data and recommend improvements.
Execute Account Management Excellence Program including service plans and value generation plans.
Plan and communicate value generation plans to drive water and energy sustainability and asset protection.
Meet and achieve annual revenue targets while managing margin reviews and negotiations.
Maintain a healthy sales funnel and secure new profitable opportunities for growth.
Follow EHS policies and work safely at all times.
