Job summary

Veolia's Water Technology division seeks an experienced Account Manager to develop chemical water and process treatment solutions for industrial customers. You will operate as a trusted technical advisor, building deep customer relationships while delivering innovative, cost-saving outcomes that support energy and water sustainability.

Responsibilities include analyzing treatment programs, preparing service reports, driving revenue growth, and leading Value Generation Plans under our Excellence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science or Engineering/Technologist preferred; or 8+ years direct field experience.
• Chemical water & process treatment experience is required.
• 4+ years of technical sales with account management and revenue growth.
• Willingness to travel and a full valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and optimize chemical treatment programs for Cooling Water, Boiler Water, Wastewater, Memchem, and Process Applications.
• Conduct sample testing and deliver Technical Service Reports with data interpretation and improvement recommendations.
• Execute Account Management Excellence Program including Service Plans, Value Generation Plans, and Business Reviews.
• Communicate Veolia's Value Generation Plans through sustainability projects that improve water and energy outcomes.
• Meet annual revenue targets while managing margins, price escalations, and negotiations.
• Maintain a healthy sales funnel and develop new, recurring, profitable opportunities.
• Adhere to Safety and EHS policies at all times.
