Veolia Water Technologies is seeking an Account Manager for the Chemical Solutions and Monitoring division to partner with customers across industries, delivering advanced chemical water treatment solutions and acting as a trusted technical advisor for energy and water sustainability, profitability, and asset protection.

The role combines sales leadership with technical program design, emphasizing customer relationships, service plans, and value generation initiatives to drive measurable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 8+ years in water treatment.
• Chemical water treatment experience required.
• 3+ years of technical sales with account growth experience.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
• Willingness to travel domestically across the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize chemical treatment programs for Cooling Water, Boiler Water, Wastewater, and Memchem applications.
• Conduct sample testing and deliver Technical Service Reports with analysis and improvement recommendations.
• Execute Account Management Excellence Program including Service Plans, Value Generation Plans, and Business Reviews.
• Communicate Veolia's Value Generation Plans to drive water and energy sustainability and asset protection.
• Meet annual revenue targets while managing margins, price escalations, and negotiations.
• Maintain a healthy sales funnel and secure new, recurring profitable opportunities for growth.
• Adhere to all EHS policies and ensure safe work practices.
