Veolia invites an Account Manager to join the Chemical Solutions and Monitoring division, partnering with diverse customers to develop advanced water treatment solutions. You’ll be a trusted technical advisor, cultivating deep relationships while delivering innovative approaches that improve energy and water sustainability, profitability, and asset protection.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in biology, chemistry, environmental science, or engineering (chemical or mechanical) or 8+ years in the field.
• Chemical water treatment experience is required.
• 3+ years of technical sales experience with success in account management and revenue growth.

Aufgaben

• Technical Innovation: Analyze, build, and optimize chemical treatment programs for Cooling Water, Boiler Water, Wastewater, and Memchem applications.
• Strategic Communication: Write and deliver Technical Service Reports that analyze customer data, interpret results, and drive improvements.
• Value Creation: Execute Account Management Excellence Program including Service Plans, Value Generation Plans, and Business Reviews to show measurable value.
• Sustainability Leadership: Plan and communicate Value Generation Plans through projects that drive water and energy sustainability and asset protection.
• Revenue Growth: Meet and drive annual revenue targets while managing margin reviews, price escalations, and negotiations.
• Business Development: Maintain a healthy sales funnel and secure new, recurring, profitable opportunities for year-over-year growth.
• Safety Excellence: Work safely at all times, following EHS policies and procedures.
