Amrize seeks a confident Area Manager to drive growth in the DWP and flooring markets, expanding fluid-applied coating sales through contractor, dealer, and owner relationships. You will close sales, secure opportunities, and build a thriving customer base.

Role emphasizes value-added, solution-based selling and collaboration with builders and distributors to achieve regional sales goals. Heavy travel and on-site engagement are required.

Qualifications

• Must have degree or at least 5 years in roofing/waterproofing material or coatings sales.
• Strong track record in building business and increasing sales.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service focus.
• Ability to connect with a variety of customers and professionals.
• Proficient in verbal and written communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Represent Gaco decking, waterproofing & flooring products to architects, engineers, owners, distributors and contractors.
• Manage ongoing sales process, develop relationships, respond to customer needs and close sales.
• Generate and follow up on new customer leads.
• Document all leads and follow up contact.
• Develop and execute a strategic territory business and marketing plan.
• Meet or exceed annual sales and gross profit targets.
• Utilize presentations and other sales tools to meet marketing needs.
• Travel frequently to represent the company professionally.
• Conduct on-site training events.
• Represent at local and regional trade shows.
• Manage territory sales budget.
• Expand product knowledge and competitive awareness.
