Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking an Area Leader Trainee to oversee 12–14 store locations and lead multi-unit operations. You will train Store Leaders, implement merchandising programs, and manage cash and inventory while focusing on profit and customer service.

A 4-year degree or 5+ years of district operations experience is required, plus a valid driver’s license. The role offers a structured 12-month training program, strong career growth, and a company vehicle for business use after appointment.

Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year degree or 5+ years of district/regional operations management experience
• Valid Driver's License from resident state
• Able to multi-task, stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Experience managing 100+ employees across multiple stores
• Proven track record in retail operations, merchandising, and P&L oversight

Responsibilities

• Oversee 12–14 store locations in the district
• Train and supervise Store Leaders for exceptional customer service
• Implement merchandising programs and control cash and inventory
• Set performance goals and monitor results with upper management
• Plan budgets to maximize sales and manage expenses across districts
