Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking an Area Leader Trainee - Retail Sales to oversee 12-14 store locations and lead multi-unit operations.

You will train Store Leaders, drive merchandising programs, manage budgets and P&L, set performance goals, and relocate after training. A four-year degree or 5+ years of district/regional retail experience are required. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• Staffing, training, and supervising Store Leaders.
• Implementing merchandising programs, controlling cash and inventory, motivating and teambuilding, and promoting excellent customer service.
• Focus on profit and loss management including budget planning, maximizing sales and controlling expenses.
• Setting performance goals and monitoring results with upper management.
• A 4-year degree or 5+ years of district/regional retail operations management experience.
• The ability to relocate after training and a valid driver's license.
