Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking an Area Leader Trainee in retail sales to directly oversee 12-14 store locations. You will train staff to deliver exceptional customer service and implement merchandising programs while managing cash, inventory, and store operations.

The role emphasizes budget planning, achieving sales goals, and developing talent across districts. A 4-year degree or 5+ years of district/region management experience is required, with relocation upon training completion.

Qualifications

• A 4-year degree from an accredited college or university in a related field or 5+ years of experience managing district or regional operations for retail.
• Willingness to relocate upon completion of training.
• Valid driver’s license with auto liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Directly oversee 12-14 store locations in a district or region.
• Train and supervise Store Leaders to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Implement merchandising programs and control cash and inventory.
• Focus on profit and loss management, budget planning, and cost control.
• Set performance goals and monitor results with upper management.
• Manage a large multi-store operation with 100+ employees.
