Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking an Area Leader Trainee for Retail Sales to oversee 12-14 stores and train store leaders to deliver exceptional customer service.

You will gain in-depth training over ~12 months, with a clear path to multi-unit operations leadership and potential for a company vehicle during district assignments. A 4-year degree or 5+ years of district/regional retail experience is required.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree or 5+ years of experience managing district or regional operations for retail/commercial, or a large single store with multiple managers and 100+ employees.
• Valid Driver’s License and active auto liability insurance.
• Ability to multi-task, self-motivated, and physically able to bend, stand, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 12-14 store locations and supervise Store Leaders.
• Implement merchandising programs, control cash and inventory, and promote excellent customer service.
• Set performance goals, monitor results with upper management, and manage budgets and expenses.
