Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking an Area Leader Trainee to oversee 12–14 stores and train staff to deliver exceptional customer service. This role includes leading merchandising initiatives, controlling inventory and cash, and driving district performance.

A 4-year degree or 5+ years of multi-unit retail management is required, along with a valid driver's license. The program offers a 12-month training path with significant career growth and potential leadership opportunities within the district and beyond.

Qualifications

• Staffing, training, and supervising Store Leaders.
• Implementing merchandising programs, controlling cash and inventory, motivating and teambuilding, and promoting excellent customer service.
• A focus on profit and loss management including budget planning, maximizing sales, and controlling expenses.
• Setting performance goals and objectives while monitoring results with upper management.
• A 4-year degree from an accredited college or university in a related field or 5+ years of experience managing district or regional operations for retail.
• Must hold a valid Driver’s License from the resident state with active insured vehicle.
