Qualifications include a 4-year degree or 5+ years of retail district experience, plus a valid driver’s license.

• A focus on profit and loss management including budget planning, maximizing sales, and controlling expenses.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 12-14 store locations.
• Train employees to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Lead merchandising and operational programs across districts.
• Manage district P&L, budgeting, sales growth, and expense control.
• Set performance goals and monitor results with upper management.
• Require a 4-year degree or 5+ years of district/regional operations experience in retail.
