You will lead Leads and Team Leaders, manage budget items in the P&L, and coach staff to deliver exceptional service and safety while upholding Meijer standards. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of retail/grocery or customer service experience.
• Progressive leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to analyze financial and statistical information to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee area operations and financial results, ensuring services and products are managed to maximize sales and productivity.
• Direct and coach Leads and Team Leaders to achieve staffing, training and development goals.
• Drive safety, compliance and store condition management while following all procedures.
• Identify process improvements and promote Meijer culture across the span of care.
