Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4+ years of retail or customer service leadership experience.
• Progressive leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with teams with clear direction.
• Ability to analyze financial and operational data for decision making.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Engage with team members to ensure onboarding, training and coaching.
• Identify talent and build a diverse pipeline for staff and leadership roles.
• Conduct candid conversations to uphold standards and enable growth.
• Own area operations and financial results by executing corporate plans.
• Drive safety, compliance and store condition management.
• Oversee Team Leaders and Leads with daily task assignments and training needs.
