Meijer is hiring an Area Leader in the United States to drive team engagement and improve performance across the span of care. You will coach, recognize, and develop staff while overseeing area operations and financial results, including scheduling, shrink, and safety compliance.

You will lead Leads and Team Leaders, shape staffing plans, and implement process improvements, all while upholding Meijer's culture and standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a leadership/retail context.
• Proven ability to manage customer service and drive performance.
• Strong communication and analytical skills with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with team members to ensure onboarding, training and coaching for success.
• Identify talent and develop staffing and leadership pipelines.
• Lead area operations and financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Drive safety, compliance and store condition management.
• Oversee guidance and daily assignments from Team Leaders and Leads.
