Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage with team to ensure onboarding, training, and coaching.
• Identify talent and support staffing and leadership pipelines.
• Lead candid discussions to promote growth within the organization.
• Oversee area operations and financial results, including budget items in the P&L.
• Drive safety, compliance, and store condition management.
• Direct Team Leaders and Leads in daily work and training needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
