Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4+ years in retail/grocery or customer service.
• Progressive leadership experience preferred.
• Strong customer service focus and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze financial and statistical information.

Responsibilities

• Engages with team members to onboard, train and develop them with coaching and feedback.
• Oversees staffing, budgeting and P&L implications for area operations.
• Drives safety, compliance and store condition management.
• Provides guidance to Leads and Team Leaders and assigns daily work.
