Qualifications

• A 4-year degree in a related field or 5+ years of district or regional management experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to multi-task and be self-motivated.
• Experience managing large teams (100+ employees) and operations.
• Proven track record in profit and loss management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 12-14 store locations and lead Store Leaders.
• Train employees to provide exceptional customer service.
• Implement merchandising programs and control cash/inventory.
• Drive sales, manage expenses, and monitor performance with leadership.
• Set goals and coordinate with upper management to hit targets.
