7-Eleven is seeking an Area Leader Trainee to oversee 12–14 store locations. You will train Store Leaders and implement merchandising programs while managing cash, inventory and customer service across a district. The program lasts about 12 months with strong growth potential into key operations roles.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree from an accredited college or university or 5+ years of multi-unit retail management experience.
• Experience managing district or regional operations for retail with 100+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 12–14 store locations across a district.
• Train and develop Store Leaders to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Implement merchandising programs, control cash and inventory, and promote strong customer service.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control to maximize profits and minimize waste.
• Set performance goals and track results with senior management.
